When you call Walking Paws. You will likely be speaking to the joyous Lien. With a big heart she loves talking to our guests, getting to know them, and hearing all their pet stories. She supports patients and their families by helping coordinate care and ensuring compassionate communication throughout the rehabilitation process. Lien makes sure all guests get the answers they need through overseeing our phones, emails, and text messages. She is a great advocate for our patients ensuring your experience remains superior and you are well taken care of.

Lien studied psychology and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her role at Walking Paws Rehab. She has a lifelong soft spot for animals—especially senior pets—and enjoys helping connect animals to the care they need. At home, Lien is kept company by her two cats, Sake and Bean, whose very different personalities serve as a daily reminder that every animal has unique needs.

Outside of work, Lien enjoys spending time near the water and has a particular interest in marine life. She’s known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care for both patients and the people who love them.
