Anysia was born in Minnesota, but has lived in Colorado for the last 23 years. She brings many years of management experience to Walking Paws.
Anysia graduated from Metropolitan University in Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. During that time she interned at a variety of nonprofits throughout Denver including the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking, Denver Sister Cities, and WorldDenver. During those internships she was responsible for managing donor databases, grant writing, and event planning. After graduating, she honed her management experience in the coffee industry; supporting in hiring, training and development, P&L management, and the opening of new stores.
After over a decade in the coffee industry, Anysia decided to make the jump to Walking Paws to leverage her amazing communication and leadership skills in one of the most heart warming fields to work in. She brings lots of joy and laughter to the team.
Anysia is always welcoming to all our guests. She has lead overseeing that our standards of care and guest services remain top notch. Our practice continues to grow and Anysia makes sure that what made our practice unique and amazing to begin with continues to remain. She ensures guests and patients continue to be taken care of above all standards and that every team member goes the extra mile for their patients. She also brings a lot of fresh and new ideas to our practice, thus continuing to improve our patient care and guest experience.
Anysia is also our plant expert who spends a lot of time making sure all our practice houseplants remain taken care of and happy too. She ensures our gorgeous, spa like practice continues to look perfect for our patients. At home she enjoys reading and playing board games. She has a bonded pair of rambunctious cats who love to play fetch and follow her around like shadows.
