As Director of Operations, Heather focuses on elevating the client experience and ensuring the practice runs seamlessly day to day. She is passionate about creating an environment where patients, clients, and team members feel supported, valued, and well taken care of.

She earned her degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, where she was recognized as an E.M. Statler Foundation Fellow. Heather brings a strong hospitality background to her role, having served as Director of Operations for Gastamo Group. Prior to that, she spent six years with Hillstone Restaurant Group, where she grew from a manager into a general manager and regional collaborator, developing leaders and driving exceptional guest experiences.

Throughout her career, Heather has been known for her leadership, positivity, and ability to build strong, high-performing teams. She believes in the power of small moments to make someone’s day better, and that philosophy translates naturally into her work at Walking Paws, where she is committed to ensuring every patient and client has the best possible experience.

Originally from New Jersey, Heather has lived in several cities across the country before settling in Colorado. Outside of work, she is an avid runner and enjoys exploring new workout classes. She embraces the Colorado lifestyle through hiking, skiing, and trying new restaurants, as well as spending time cooking at home.

Heather’s love for animals began at a young age, growing up with dogs and always feeling most at home around them. She is excited to combine that lifelong passion with her background in hospitality to support the Walking Paws team and help every patient live a happier, more comfortable life.
