Lani is a very experienced rehab therapist who is talented in educating, mentoring, and teaching. Taking the lead on our team comes natural to her. She is regularly giving advice to her colleagues on techniques they can try in challenging injuries. She is an out side the box thinker, always thinking of ways to improve function.

Lani Nichol is a certified canine rehabilitation professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. With over ten years of experience in physical therapy clinics and veterinary hospitals, she has developed a strong clinical foundation in rehabilitation, pain management, and functional recovery.

She developed and ran a rehabilitation service within a veterinary specialty hospital for two years prior to joining Walking Paws Rehab. After working in two rehabilitation clinics in Central Oregon, Lani relocated to Denver, Colorado, to continue growing in her field while being closer to her niece and nephew, who are a central part of her life.

She also has a passion for equine rehabilitation and an active lifestyle shared with her four dogs. Lani is driven by a deep commitment to helping animals heal. She believes that the loyalty and devotion dogs give to us deserve to be met with the highest level of care, and she strives to support every patient in achieving a stronger, healthier, and more comfortable life.
