Nora is the comedian on the Walking Paws team. Kind, enthusiastic, and easily approachable describes her well. She loves meeting all our patients and building relationships with their guardians. Her goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable every time.

A Colorado transplant from Florida, she spent a lot of time growing up around dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, and horses. Nora received her bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts and a Master’s degree in Film Production. Following graduation she moved to Atlanta to work in the film industry, but was quickly drawn to working with animals. She then transitioned over to the pet industry leading a local chain of pet food shops. There she grew her expertise in pet nutrition, dog sports, and pet photography.

During her time in Atlanta, Nora always found herself lost in the mountains with her dog, Bandit, every chance she had. It wasn’t long before realizing that she would rather live somewhere she could enjoy and something drew her to Colorado. Maybe it was the mountains!

Shortly after making the move, she discovered Walking Paws Rehab. Originally a client, she brought Bandit in for a relaxing massage experience. Nora fell in love with the concept of healing animals in a kind way. She was recruited onto the Walking Paws Team by our very own massage therapist. She knew Nora would fit in well with her positive energy and be the perfect person to greet our canine guests and their humans.

Nora looks forward to helping you in any way possible to better the life of your pet. If you see her around the practice feel free to approach her with any assistance you need. And if you ever need a pick me up, Nora is the person to put a smile on your face.
