Canine Brief Pain Inventory

The following is a questionnaire created by the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. It can be utilized to help our therapist place a quantitative measurement on your pet’s pain. By placing a score we are able to track improvements in your pet’s pain control throughout the course of physical therapy. You may also utilize this questionnaire to determine if your pet is in need of better pain control. If your pet scores above 2 please schedule a consult with one of our doctors in Denver or Boulder.

Please select the number that best describes how during the last 7 days pain has interfered with your dog, with 0 meaning "doesn't interfere" and 10 meaning "completely interferes".
