Our services go beyond treating those that are injured. Walking Paws Rehab also offers spa services for pets. Our skilled certified massage therapists can tailor a massage session to your pet’s sore areas. Your dog or cat could benefit from a relaxing swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, or sports massage.

Swedish Massage

Any pet can benefit from a Swedish massage. This massage will relax their body and mind and improve blood flow. We will use long, soothing strokes, as well as kneading to help with any tension your pet may have and bring them relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage can be very comforting and relaxing. We will use smooth, heated stones to help relax the muscles and work deeper while still using light pressure. Hot stones are used to relieve pain, stress, and muscle tension. Many pets thoroughly enjoy their hot stone massage.

Sports Massage

Your pet does not need to be competing to receive a sports massage. Any dog who is physically active can benefit greatly from this form of massage. We will use different techniques such as effleurage, kneading, and muscle stripping to help treat any stiffness, pain, or injuries that result from physical activity.

Deep Tissue

A deep tissue massage can be very beneficial for dogs who suffer from chronic injuries. We will work deeper into the muscles to help stretch out muscle fibers and relieve knots. We will start off slowly and gently working deeper to offer a very relaxing experience for your pet.

Our spa rooms are calm, quiet, and relaxing. Lights are dimmable. Spa music playing in the background. Many pets fall asleep in their sessions. We guarantee you will be impressed with the level of care your pet will receive in their massage session.
