What is Great Dane Myopathy?

Great Dane myopathy is a rare, inherited muscle disorder that affects young Great Danes. It’s characterized by progressive muscle weakness and atrophy, and exercise-induced tremors. Onset of clinical signs is usually before one year of age and both sexes are affected.
